Japanese Lessons in Halifax, NS

I am a native speaker of Japanese and I have been living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada since 1990. I enjoy teaching Japanese and spending time with students of all ages and cultural backgrounds; they inspire and help me think about how I can make my lessons more interesting.

My teaching experience in a much smaller scale had started in 2009, and I always wanted to study more and improve my teaching. I obtained a certificate to teach Japanese as a foreign language in 2019 and another certificate for the Master Course for Teaching Japanese as a foreign language completing the program from the World Japanese Language Centre in Australia in 2021.

I would like mention that I am a client of ISANS, Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia, and they have been helping me to improve my business. It’s really an honour to receive an honourable mention for the Immigrant Women Entrepreneurship Network Award. I would like to thank the Halifax Chamber of Commerce for awarding me with a certificate and one-year free membership. I am very excited to receive their support as I devote the rest of my life to helping people study Japanese. I would like to give them opportunities to learn Japanese and its culture outside of the old school methods.

Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you.
